RULES & REGULATION

  1. Admission from Class Nursery to Std. X shall be generally made in the month of January to March. The academic year of the school commences in April. Candidates seeking admission to these classes shall be required to get their names registered with the school in advance and to appear at the school admission test on the indicated in the candidate’s registration from.
  2. The Academic Year of the school is divided in two halves namely summer and winter. The working hours are as follows:
    Summer : 7.00 a.m to 12.30 p.m.
    Winter : 8.00 a.m to 1.30 p.m.
  3. While it is expected that children develop a sense of self discipline, certain norms are required to be laid down to create conditions for the same. Students are expected to be punctual and regular in attending class as well as the morning assembly.
  4. A fine may be levied for absence without Medical Certificate. The names of children who absent themselves without prior information will be automatically removed from the rolls after two months. A boy or a girl who is late and turns up after the commencement of the Assembly, shall be admitted into class only with the permission of the Principal. But habitual late – comers may be asked to leave the school.
  5. The school lays maximum emphasis on cleanliness within and outside the campus and students are required to attend school in clean uniform. Good habits are also a part of cleanliness and every student will be required to cultivate good habits and good manners. He/she should be respectful to his/her teachers and should conform to the rules and regulations. The practice of good manners will always be insisted upon, even rewarded. Everyone is required to be punctual in his/her class and be careful about the exercises/ lessons done and home task given by his/her teachers.
  6. It is compulsory for every student to bring the School Diary to the class daily for various entries which may be necessary. Entries in the Diary shall be made when a student misbehaves, comes late, is not in clean or proper uniform or has not done his/her home assignment. Parents are required to go through the Diary of their child at regular intervals to keep themselves posted with the day to day activities of their children in the school.
  7. Habitual neglect of studies, dishonesty, using vulgar or objectionable language stealing, causing damage to the school property, gross indiscipline, resorting to malpractices in school examinations, writing on walls, non-payment of fess in times etc. would be sufficient reasons for temporary suspension or even permanent expulsion from the school.

RULES FOR PAYMENT OF FEES

A. The Demand bill is to be kept very carefully. This is provided free of cost at the beginning of every month. It is mandatory to bring the demand bill at the time of payment.

B. All fees must be deposited in the school by the 10th of each month. After that, a late fine of Rs.50/- will be charged per month. Payment may be made in cash or by cheque.

C. Where a student’s name is struck off the rolls on account of non-payment of the school fee and readmission is sought for, readmission fee of Rs.500/- shall be charged over and above the school dues. Late fine is charged when fees is not deposited on time.

ADMISSION & SELECTION

Admission will be taken on the basis of qualifying test and interview. Applications are invited for admission in Nursery to Class VIII. However, the admission depends on the availability of seats. The qualifying test will be conducted in the school campus itself.

GUIDELINES FOR SUDENTS

  1. All students must possess school diary, text books, note books, stationary etc. according to need and instruction.
  2. Students are advised not to bring valuable items in school. The school will not be responsible for the loss of such items.
  3. School transport users must strictly observe the rules of the school transport.
  4. Application for leave must be submitted at least a day in advance. It should be countersigned by the parents/guardian.
  5. Students must come to school in proper school uniform. Their uniform must be clean, neat and tidy.
  6. Students should obey House Captains and other students on duty.
  7. Students are not allowed to leave the school during working hours unless the parents / guardians whose signatures are on the admission form and school diary come in person.
  8. School identity cards must be with the students on all working days.
  9. Students should be regular in attendance.
  10. Any damage caused to the school property by the student, will have to be borne by the student’s parents / guardians.
  11. The school reserves the right to take a stern action against the students who are found to be guilty of misconduct. This may amount to even striking their names off the rolls.

KEYNOTES FOR GUARDIANS

  • Parents/guardians must have their holistic approach the progress and improvement of their wards.
  • Parents/guardians must use the school diary as a means of communication with the class teacher. They ought to check the diary for Home Work and teacher’s remarks, if any.
  • Parents/guardians must sign the test copies/papers as and when sent Home.
  • Please ensure that the child has all the text books, items of stationery, craft materials etc. right from the beginning of the sessions.

INDEMNITY BOND

  • Please ensure that all the books and note books are covered with brown paper and labeled properly.
  • Please ensure that your ward comes to school in a proper uniform with polished shoes, trimmed hair and clean nails.
  • Please send the children regularly and punctually to school. No absence will be permitted without a leave application and late comers will not be allowed to sit in the class.
  • Both the parents must attend the Parent-Teachers meetings.
  • The payment of school fee must be in time.
  • Intimate the school in case of change in address and telephone number etc.
